The cost of the print subscription includes delivery by surface mail anywhere in the world. For Air Mail delivery, a supplement of £70 (British Volume), £130 (American Volume) or £200 (Combined Volume) must be ADDED to the print subscription rates. When ordering subscriptions, please remember that we must receive your payment with the order. Cheques should be made payable to 'The Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery' and must be in pounds sterling, drawn on a UK bank. We also accept all major credit cards.
